Prelco Group is proud to announce that it has been awarded the contract to manufacture the glazing for the entire Maestria project.
Because of its three manufacturing plants, Prelco Group will manufacture all of the glazing covering the facades of the two buildings, which constitutes a major contract for our group.
With these two 58 and 61 storey buildings, connected by a spectacular suspended footbridge, Maestria is the tallest residential towers project in the city of Montreal that is built to date. Located near the Place des Festivals, the two mixed-use buildings will regroup more than 1,750 housing units, common areas as well as several commercial spaces.
